Autoresponder with date plus "time intervals"?

Does anybody know an autoresponder that allows you to not only set the days between your messages, but also the hours or even minutes between them. For example, sending an article to your Blog and adjusting the date and hour when the article should be sent. I know most autoresponders only let you adjust the day intervals but I need one that can allow me to adjust the time also. Also, is there any trick around this. Please help!
