I have tried it and it didn't work at all for me. I would love to hear from other people what their experience are and maybe learn from it what I did wrong ! I think for a Blog you need a lot of time and also advertise a lot. Would be nice to hear from other if it worked out for them or also not

Amdc, I think to be a successful blogger, you need to build blogs that are centered around a subject matter.. like finance for example, then everyday blog about financial news, etc. And then search engines will recognize your blog as important and start sending you highly targeted traffic. With these highly targeted traffic, you pick the product that appeals to your audience like payday loans.

I do think and hope that I am going to learn a lot here. And of course I am going to stay at it! Thanks for the infos I am sure I can learn a lot here.

My blog was centered around one subject, and also I did daily updates. I updated the blog a few times every day. I also had adsense, but I think I must have done something else wrong. I just keep trying and learning and hope to read more about others success stories and how they did.

yes , it does work for me , I started blogging about an year ago and its been tough since then , I started with adsense ads which were too slow to pickup . I can move to affilaite only when the blog traffic picks up . Hoping that happens sooner .I keep on optimising by reading the problogger tips . Also there is a good help with john chow dot com .

Once you have established your traffic, it is important to maintain them. As a blogger, it is also essential to maintain rapport with your visitors to avoid losing them.

If you have comment feature in your blog, it will help if you respond to these comments all the time.

You may also be on watch to constantly update your blog entries.

a) Check out whether to wish to blog:

If new to blogs, it is better to try out at any of the free blog sites on net. You can see your interests, writing, responses etc, and know whether you can handle it all.

b) To know on what to blog on

Topics attract people, specially popular and common ones. Although, blogs are based on your interests, that interest should be popular and interesting for people to visit your blog.

c) Broadcast your blog:

Blogs are there for people to read and share their views. Therefore, it is important that your blog be seen by the “net world” to attract visitors, as “out of sight means out of mind”.

d) Content of the blogs:

Since, a number of blogs already exists, so to attract new visitors and keep old ones coming back, the content should be:

Most people on social networking sites like Friendster or Facebook easily have 100 friends; if this could be translated to 100 readers, that means a base of 100 contacts whose tastes you know and can tailor your marketing to.

To be successful at using blogs for your online business:

1) You have to know a lot about what you're writing about.
2) Provide contents in which people will be interested to read.
3) Provide fresh content. Update your blog regularly.
4) Promote your blog. Put links to it in your forum and email sigs.
5)Read and comment on other people's blogs too. Ask them to drop by your own site and see what they can say about your own ideas.
