Is 2007 the year for Business Social Networking sites?

The world is finally starting to get that these Business Social Network sites really deliver value.

The two main business-focused social networking sites, LinkedIn & Xing, have both received additional investment and the signs are that 2007 could be the year these sites really take off.

And more and more people are starting to use these new tools. LinkedIn alone had already 8.5 million users! So imagine the network you can build on using this stream.

I'm certain that 2007 will see even further growth and uptake of Business Social Networking sites.
