Hey guys! I am also into Affiliate Marketing. For me, recruitment process is tough considering this:

What good does it do you to recruit ten people, and then have them all quit within the month? or...Wouldn’t it be better to recruit just one person during that same month and spend a little extra time helping that person develop? Everybody has their own opinion on this matter, what's yours? Let's have a poll here.

I think it's a good idea to recruit ten people then evaluate who has the most potential, be it one or two, and work head-to-head with him. We should give all people an equal opportunity to prove themselves. If they do decide not to perform, it's their loss.

Recruiting should be approached in a particular frame of mind, and that is: Not everybody will be interested, but maybe, there are quite few people out there can join my organization. All I have to do is find them.

I guess recruiting 10 (or more people) and help all of them develop simultaneously. Provide them all the tools they need to grow in the business. Though there is a tendency that not all of them will perform satisfactorily and eventually quit doing what you helped them to do, still you have nothing to regret since the ones who quit will be living manifestations that you do invest time and effort to your recruits. Also, these people who chose not to continue can tell others how well they were taken cared of in your network. Most of the time, referrals and word of mouth marketing is far more effective than the online way of recruiting.

Cool post reply

I completely agree with the poster. It is better to take time and groom one person at a time ,rather than recruit ten people at one go and fire them simultaneously if they are not performing.Affiliate marketing is initially tough but finally rewarding so it is wise that one plays the waiting game.

Well it really depends on the situation . If you are offering work for employment then i think it is always better to recruit ten people . Or also when you have a big task there is no point you can go with only one person as one person is not enough to handle bigger tasks . but when hiring ten people you need to be careful in judging them throughly . But when you are going to get a work done just go for one person , choose him carefully , and there is no point in wasting much money over ten people .
