Default Biggest contribution of a network in merchant's success

What do you think is the biggest contribution a network can offer to the success of a merchant's program?

Obviously it isn't on "how cheap the merchant program is, so that my ROI is positive." In fact, a merchant is looking for the best results, high ROI, the maximization of their affiliate marketing efforts and investments, not "As long as I don't lose money, I'm ok" mentality.

I quite agree with you after all any investments without dividends is meaning less.One does have expectations and that prompts him to join a program.If the program or network fails to deliver there is no point sticking to it.

Well a network , not only in a merchant's business , but i think it is incredible every where . A network is power . All companies need to be accessible in order for clients to find them. This is an obvious fact. Without visibility no company would ever have contact and no transactions would occur. Traditional means have been to have a physical presence with a sign above the door so that people walking by will note your presence. When advertising advanced, we moved to utilizing the media (newspapers, trade magazines, phone books, TV etc.). Companies go to trade shows for exposure, they put up ads on automobiles and billboards, and more.
